Isaac turns 2!

Wow, it seems hard to believe Isaac is 2 today. He has been such a blessing to our family. He has such a warm and fun spirit to him. It has been exciting to see how he has grown over the last 2 years and all the things he is learning. He is starting to talk a lot more and even said "Happy Birthday" this morning after we sang to him :) He has a very tender heart, although at times he has problems sharing! I'm sure Levi will help him in that area. He loves exploring and examining things. He is very good with his hands. He is also learning to pray. It is cute...we'll say a prayer at the beginning of dinner. He will fold his hands and listen. Then, in the middle of dinner, he will put his silverware down and fold his hands to pray again! We have been thanking God a lot lately for our food!! We pray that someday he will truly understand what we are doing and that he will learn to love Jesus too.
We took Isaac to Bass Pro Shop tonight to look at the fish and other animals. They also have a little bridge area with fish in it. He discovered rocks again and had fun picking them up and throwing them in the water. We also went into the mall and rode the Merry-Go-Round. Afterwards, we went out to dinner at Max & Erma's. They have the most delicious chocolate chip cookies. Isaac couldn't quite figure out why people were singing to him but he had fun watching them. He blew out his candle and then devoured his cookie and ice cream sundae.
