Elise's 2nd birthday

We celebrated Elise's birthday a few times.  We celebrated at the lake with Dan's family and then with Grandma and Grandpa Hays at their house.  On Elise's birthday, we went down to Naperville to Centennial Beach with my brother John and my parents.  It was a beautiful day and the kids had fun swimming, playing in the sand, playing baseball, and of course eating cake!  The Monday after her birthday, we did our traditional celebration at Red Robin.  Elise loved the ice cream and balloon.  This past weekend, my parents came to visit and we celebrated one last time :)
Elise has a lot of spunk in her but she is a sweetie.  She is starting to talk a lot more and says "cheese" when we want to take her picture.  She loves to be where the action is and holds her own with her brothers.  We are so thankful for our little girl and pray that she would continue to grow up to know and love Jesus.
