Isaac's 4th birthday!

It's hard to believe Isaac turned 4 this year! He is such a sweet little boy and brings a lot of fun and laughter to our home. He is a big helper and loves to do projects. The babysitters comment how he always like to help clean up at the end of the night. He enjoys reading, coloring, doing puzzles, and playing games. He loves watching movies or TV when we allow it :) and playing "rough" with Daddy and Levi. He has a big heart for his little sister and likes to make her smile.
My parents came up the weekend before Isaac's birthday so we celebrated his birthday along with Dan. My mom brought a cookie cake (we needed some variety with all the cakes we had that week!) and we sang and opened presents. He was so excited to have his own presents to open as it was hard when Levi had his birthday last fall. Isaac did a good job sharing his new toys with Levi so he didn't feel too left out!

For Isaac's actual birthday, we were up in Eau Claire visiting Dan's parents. Dan's sister Cindy and her husband Darrell were there along with his niece Bethany and brother Tom. We had a birthday party on Friday night before his birthday since we were going to be driving home on Saturday. Isaac enjoyed having a birthday cake and opening presents. He got a bunch of birthday spankings from his Grandparents and Aunt and Uncles too!

We drove home from Eau Claire on Saturday. We stopped in Janesville at Red Robin and celebrated Isaac's birthday. He had received a coupon for a free birthday meal there. They also gave him balloons and an ice cream sundae.
Cousin Rachael sent a package in the mail so Isaac was excited to have another gift to open.

Since we were gone the week of Isaac's birthday, his preschool class wanted to celebrate it when we got back. Isaac helped me make cupcakes to take in. He was so proud to be able to hand them out and share them with his "kiddos" as he calls them!
