Early Christmas

We celebrated Christmas early with my family. My parents were heading out to Pierre, SD to be with my grandma for Christmas. It was different having to be ready for Christmas 2 weeks early but it was actually nice to slow down a bit and focus on the real meaning of Christmas.

My brothers and their families came down to celebrate. We had a nice ham dinner with lots of yummy sides. We played some pinochle and the kids did crafts. We opened presents and enjoyed listening to Caleb play the piano. The cousins enjoyed hanging out and playing with their new toys. We celebrated Jesus' birthday with a cookie cake. It was a fun day!
